An Eight-Part Teaching Series for those who long to see Christ at the Center of His Body Again.
The American church today is largely divided between those who say "the pastor is in charge" and those who say "the congregation (elders elected) are in charge." But Scripture refuses to answer the question on our terms. The Word does not pick between these two human options — it redirects us entirely. Christ Himself is the Head of His Church, not as an honorary title, but as the living, present, reigning Lord whose body cannot function apart from Him.
This series walks slowly through what that means: biblically, practically, pastorally. It is written for the hungry — those who have sensed that something is not right, and who long to see the body of Christ walk together in surrendered obedience to its Head. We invite you to read in order from the beginning, or to begin with whichever post draws you in. The Lord is patient with seekers.
